Top Notch Construction
As with many PRS core lineup guitars, the Studio has been crafted with a solid Mahogany back piece, and a Carved Flame Maple top that's expertly showcased with the Eriza Verde finish.
In addition to this, the Mahogany neck has been carved with a Pattern profile shape, ensuring incredible levels of comfort whatever your playstyle, whilst the two cutaways allow for easy access to the guitar's upper register.
Premium-Grade Hardware
Bringing everything together to ensure the kind of reliability you'd expect from a core-series guitar, PRS have equipped a host of incredible hardware.
Amongst this hardware you'll find a PRS patented molded tremolo bright, and some Phase III locking tuners - both of which combine for superior tuning stability, no matter how much you bend the strings.
Uniquely-Voiced
For the unique 3-pickup design on this guitar, PRS have opted to equip a 58/15 LT humbucker at the bridge, and two Narrowfield pickups sitting at the Neck and Middle positions.
Whilst the bridge pickup delivers the kind of chunky kick and scream that these pickups are renowned for, the Narrowfields deliver an array of chunky and vintaeg scooped single coil tones that comfortably sit somewhere between a P90 and a traditional humbucker.
In addition to this the Push/Pull tone control and 5-way blade switch added in give you an impressive seven pickup combinations in total to choose from.
