You can Click & Collect any items in-stock at your selected store. Items can usually be ready for you to collect within in 2 hours, so you’re always ready to rock!
HOW TO CLICK & COLLECT
To Click & Collect items online, first make sure tocheck the stock is available at your local store by viewing the availability on the product page.
If the item is in stock in your desired store, add the item to your Shopping Bag by clicking the green 'ADD TO BASKET' button.
View 'My Basket', select the 'Proceed to Checkout' button and then fill out the order form, including payment details.
Select the Click & Collect option and then click 'Place Order'.
Please bring your Confirmation E-Mail, Photo I.D(with matching Address) and the Credit/Debit Card used for the transaction in-store upon arrival for collection. The Cardholder must collect the item for security purposes.

Click & Collect store opening hours are:
Monday to Saturday 9.30am-6pm
Please note PMT London hours differ.
Monday - Wednesday: 11am - 7pm
Thursday: 11am - 8pm
Friday: 11am - 7pm
Saturday: 9:30am - 6pm
Sunday: 11am - 5pm
Please allow 2 working hours after placing your Click & Collect Order for the item to be ready in-store, especially when placing your order outside of our working hours.
COVID-19 Service Update - A Safe Click & Collect Service
To facilitate a safe Click & Collect service, we have put special measures in place to protect both our colleagues and customers.
All 15 PMT stores are now open, but we ask that all customers respect our strict Social Distancing measures when outside and inside of the store / collection point.
You will be asked to use the provided hand sanitiser at point of entry and again at exit of the collection point.
You must bring proof of your Click & Collect order which will be checked at the collection point.
Payments for Click and Collect items are made online at checkout stage.
Card Payments Only for In-Store Purchases made separately of your Click & Collect order
Items are usually ready to collect within 1 hour from receiving your click & collect order confirmation - We will contact you as soon as possible for any unexpected delays or issues.
We will hold any item that has been reserved until the end of the next working day (including Saturday and Sunday).

We are limiting customers within our store to keep our staff and customers safe
To help with limiting customers we will have friendly door marshalls permitting entry and welcoming you on arrival.
Appropriate PPE has been provided for our staff.
We have cleaning, handwashing and hygiene procedures in place in line with government guidance.
We have implemented rigorous cleaning and hygiene protocols in regards to counters, workstations and stock including hand sanitiser stations for customers and staff upon entry and exit.
We also have specific cleaning bays for stock that has been played with or handled by staff/customers.
Social distancing in store & outside - 2 metre marks have been clearly displayed and marked out.
Store layouts will differ from previous customer experiences; changes to our displays are to increase open areas in-store to ensure conformity to social distancing guidelines and customer/staff safety.
Showrooms and instruments have been cleaned and will be continually cleaned throughout the working day.
We are currently advising against all but essential product demos. However, should you wish to demo a product before making a purchase you must ask a staff member before handling / touching the item.
Any products demonstrated will then be moved to our cleaning stations where a member of staff will clean the instrument before returning it to display.
You can complete your purchase at the till point where we have installed perspex screens to help protect staff and customers.
No cash payments, only card transactions are available at this time.
Customer returns/repairs/part exchange items will be immediately moved to quarantine bays and then assessed in store before being processed and made available to the public.
