Providing great resonance and powerful sustain, the PRS S2 Standard 24 Satin has a solid mahogany body.
With its hard satin nitro finish, the mahogany body is even more resonant and has a nice open sound.
The double cutaway design of the body allows for easy access to the higher frets while adding to the awesome looks of this striking electric guitar.
Set neck construction joins a pattern regular mahogany neck to the body, increasing the resonance and sustain.
Providing the fantastic range of 24 frets is a traditional Rosewood fretboard.
Versatile Voice
The main driving force behind the PRS S2 Standard 24's fantastic voice is a set of two 58/15 "S" pickups.
These humbuckers give you fantastic tone with pronounced mids and clear highs.
You can switch between the pickups or use both together with the three-position toggle.
Further sound shaping comes in the form of a volume and tone control.
What's more, the tone knob conceals a push/pull feature which allows for coil-tapping, giving you additional tones.
High Quality Hardware
Fitted to the PRS S2 Standard 24 Satin's body is a PRS patented tremolo bridge. Get awesome whammy bar action at the bridge while the six saddles ensure perfect intonation.
PRS low mass locking tuners can be found on the headstock providing secure and precise tuning.
