In true PRS fashion the CE24 features a solid Mahogany body, with a Flamed Maple top piece. The end result is a comfortable body, which produces a naturally warm tone, and high-end snap, and which looks incredible too.

The grain of the flamed maple really helps the finish to shine through too. In this case the finish is Faded Grey Black - a finish usually reserved for Private Stock and Artist models!

For this particular model, PRS have opted for a Maple neck, with a pattern thin profile shape. This neck is designed to offer a high-performance playing experience, allowing you to play at breakneck speeds with the minimal amount of hand fatigue.

Sitting atop the neck you'll find a luxurious Rosewood fingerboard, inlaid with traditional PRS Bird fret markers.

As with the Core series models, this PRS CE24 comes equipped with high-grade, PRS hardware.

With the Low Mass Locking Tuners you are guaranteed faster string changes, pin-point tuning accuracy, and incredible levels of tuning stability.

In addition to the tuners you get a PRS Patented Tremolo bridge. This bridge works perfect with the tuners to offer increased tuning stability, and allows you to add subtle shimmers and huge pitch bends with ease.

A big part of that famous PRS sound is down to the use of their own pickups. As with the Core lineup, on the PRS CE24 you get a set of 85/15 humbuckers.

These pickups offer a unique voice, that's unmistakeably PRS in nature, with well-defined lows, a rich mid-range, and pristine highs.

If that wasn't enough, there's a Push/Pull activation circuit housed in the Tone control pot, which splits the pickups into Single Coil mode, giving you plenty of tonal variations to play around with.
