The Meinl Concert SD1 Wood Tip Drumsticks were designed for all ages and applications. Whether you’re playing individual percussion or full kit these sticks will have you covered from student to stage performer.

Concert SD1 Wood Tip

The Concert range of drumsticks from Meinl was designed to offer easy control. Making them ideal for students through to advanced drummers.

Intended to be used as a general use stick for a variety of musical applications, the SD1 Concert stick will help you move seamlessly from individual percussion instruments to full drum kit.

The Concert SD1 sticks feature a thick .635” diameter making them easy to grip for younger students. They have a slightly longer than standard 16.375” length providing extra reach, again ideal for smaller players just starting out on the drum kit.

Featuring a round wood tip, the Meinl Concert SD1 sticks are easy to control and offer a consist response on all playing surfaces. This means the sticks will maintain their consistently comfortable feel no matter what you’re playing.

Constructed from rock maple wood, these drumsticks are durable yet lightweight meaning they offer a great balance and sound in all musical situations. The lighter weight is also ideal for younger players just familiarising themselves with the feel and grip of drumsticks.

If you’re looking to buy a new student some drumsticks that will last them from beginner to advanced drummer, the Concert SD1 sticks are ideal. With their robust size making them easy to hold and control, these lightweight sticks offer a consistent response on all playing surfaces. Alternatively, if you’re an advanced player that needs a consistent, reliable drumstick that you can apply to any drumming situation the Concert SD1 is a great choice.
