The MEINL FD16BE 16" Bendirs have an internal tuning system, and a traditional scalloped thumb notch for comfortable playing in the traditional style. The Bendir offers excellent sound development and the classic Bendir "buzzing".
The tuning mechanic is inside the frame for minimal interference.
The Meinl 16" FD16BE Bendirs are made from environmentally sustainable Rubber Wood.
They come with hand selected goat heads secured with rounded shells for comfortable playing.This fine drums are fully tunable, with rich bass tones and crisp taks.
The internal tuning system allows the percussionist to choose different pitches and to keep the drum tuned at any time easily.
For carrying your drum and for protection on the road you can use the Meinl 16" MFDB16 Professional Frame Drum Bag. It is staffed with a double-slide zipper, a shoulder strap and a comfortable carrying grip.

Returns
If you and your item aren’t getting along, you have 14 days from when you receive the goods to contact our PMT experts either by phone or email to return your item.
*Please note, we cannot accept returns of:
- Special/Custom Orders - Any order that is custom or has been personalised.
- Products with Hygiene Seals - Microphones, any in-ear earphones, monitors, orchestral instruments with mouthpieces and any other items that touch your mouth, nose or inner ear if you have broken the hygienic seal on the packaging.
- Software & Media - Any software or media that has been opened or registered via physical or digital means.
- Any product containing a valve, e.g valve amps are only covered for 90 days from purchase.
