The Zildjian K1419 18 K Custom Special Dry Crash is part of the brand new K Custom Special Dry range of cymbals. Designed and created utilising a combination of traditional K hammering and several more modern techniques, these cymbals are made to deliver a dark, rich and dry sound to compliment a variety of playstyles.
Fast attack, fast decay, dirt in abundance
Raw and earthy, both in looks and in sound, the K Custom Special Dry series deliver a dry, funky sound featuring fast attack and decay with plenty of dirt inbetween to give you a powerful expression of personality. Earmarked by Zildjian themselves as being perfect for modern jazz, studio, country and medium rock settings, these expressive powerhouses are also ideal for a wide spectrum of contemporary music styles (from modern religious songs to metal/techno and everything in between), these cymbals would make a wonderful addition to any drum kit and have been specially designed with today's diverse contemporary music scene in mind.
