- Yamaha's BB 400 Series - Yamaha's illustrious BB bass guitars have been gracing stages and studios for decades, and has now been upgraded with the modern player in mind in the shape of the BB 400 models. This particular model features a Maple Neck and fingerboard, with a Gloss Black body finish and white pickguard for a stylish, Tuxedo-like aesthetic.
- High Quality Construction - The body on this bass is carved from Alder with the traditional BB shape, which is both comfortable to wield and offers easy upper-fret access. In addition to this, the Maple neck has been bolted to the body with six screws for increased stability, and combines with the bridge for optimal resonance and superior sustain.
- Versatile Sound - Powering the voice on this excellent bass is a pair of CYGD Custom V5 pickups, in the shape of a Single Coil at the bridge and a Split Coil at the middle. These passive pickups feature Alnico V magnets, and offer the kind of versatile tones that BB instruments are synonymous with, with enough brightness to cut through any mix. You can alter the output of these pickups via individual volume controls and a master tone control, for your perfect sound.
