The Washburn EA10R, seen here in a striking red colour, is a petite jumbo electro-acoustic guitar from Washburn’s celebrated Festival Series.

Crafting the EA10R
A Petite Jumbo guitar, the Washburn EA10R gives you a smaller body with larger guitar characteristics and has been crafted with Basswood for the top, back and sides.
The cutaway in the body allows for easy reach of the higher frets; a must when it comes time to bust out a solo or some adventurous licks.
Quatersawn scalloped Sitka Spruce bracing is in use to enhance the resonance and sustain while ensuring a solid and secure build for the guitar.
Attached is a Mahogany neck which holds an environmentally-responsible Engineered Wood fretboard with 19 frets (joining the Basswood body at the 12th).
Great Hardware and Electronics
At the top of the neck is a Graptech NuBone nut which enhances sustain and brightens your tone while chrome diecast tuners on the headstock provide precise and secure tuning of your strings.
Down on the body is an Engineered wood bridge which facilitates great transfer of vibration from your strings to the resonating top of the EA10R.
So you can plug in and play live and loud, the Washburn EA10R comes equipped with an EQ4T preamp system.
The EQ4-T provides you with an integrated guitar tuner and four-band EQ which allows you to boost and attenuate bass, mid, treble and presence. A volume control allows you to adjust the overall level of you output.
A handy notch filter allows you to eliminate feedback; simply turn the dial until you locate the problem-frequency and the notch filter will remove the unwanted noise.
