Nutube Valve Powered, Authentic AC30 Tone
A revolutionary new vacuum tube, Nutube features an anode grid filament structure so it operates as a complete triode tube just like a conventional vacuum tube.
As a result, you get the same rich overtones and fantastic response you'd expect from conventional vacuum tubes.
With Nutube technology installed, the Vox Mystic Edge gives you a faithful recreation of the Vox AC30's distinctive tone with the rich sound of authentic valve power.
Known for its iconic chime and edge, the AC30 was widely used throughout the 1960s and '70s and is heavily associated with the British Invasion being famously used by The Beatles during their first American tour and beyond.
Now you can get that classic sound in pedalboard friendly stompbox style pedal.
Shape Your Sound
A number of controls on the Vox Mystic Edge pedal give you fantastic control over your sound.
You can adjust the high-frequency range using the Treble knob. Turn it to the left to soften your tone or turn it right to make it brighter.
Using the Tone Cut knob you can adjust the overall frequency curve. Turn this knob to the right to darken your tone.
With the Bass knob, you can adjust the low-frequency range. Give yourself a warmer, heavier tone by turning it right or turn it left for thinner, lighter tone.
A Bright switch can be found at the top of the pedal. Placed before the distortion stage, using this switch allows you to change the distortion's character.
With the Gain knob you can set the amount of distortion in your sound while the Volume knob lets you set the final volume of your output.
