Top Notch Construction
With it's Mahogany body carved in an instantly-familiar single cutaway design, the PT Fastback is not only comfortable to play, but also grants easy aceess to the gutiar's upper register.
In addition to this, the Maple neck features a Thin "C" profile shape and is capped with a 22-fret Ebony fingerboard.
This neck construction is designed for fast and fluid playstyles, but is also at home with heavy riffing and chord-work.
Versatile Humbucker Tones
For the pickups, Schecter have opted to use a set of Schecter Diamond UltraTron humbuckers, which help deliver an incredible, '70s-inspired voice.
These pickups work together to add an incredible dynamism to your playing, and they're fully responsive to your pick attack.
As if that wasn't enough, if you want to move away from the thicker humbucker tones, you can use the Push/Pull coil split function in each Tone control pot to deliver some realistic single coil charm.
Rock Solid Hardware
A guitar is only as good as the hardware on it - and the Schecter PT Fastback is equipped with some pretty awesome hardware.
Thanks to the Diamond Hardtail bridge, you get flawless intonation and maximum levels of string vibration transference, for a stable and more natural sound.
In addition to this, the Grover machine heads offer increased tuning stability, and the Graph Tech nut works in harmony with the bridge for improved tone and playability.
All in all, this hardware results in a stable and smooth action that will have everything singing in harmony, making sure that you don't hit any dead notes when ripping out those big '70s guitar solos.
