Fantastic Build
The classic double cutaway body shape of the Schecter Omen Extreme-6 allows for easy reach of the upper frets, which is great for playing guitar solos.
The elegently arched top of the Schecter Omen Extreme-6 is made from quilted maple which looks particularly beautiful beneath the PMT Exclusive Amethyst finish.
Attached to the body is a maple neck with a thin "C" profile and a traditonal rosewood fretboard for quick and easy playability.
High Quality Hardware
A Graph Tech XL Black TUSQ nut can be found between the neck and headstock. TUSQ is precision engineered under high heat and pressure to ensure fantastic resonance and increased sustain.
A Tune-O-Matic bridge is installed on the body of the Schecter Omen Extreme-6, offering precise intonation.
Furthermore, with its string-through-body design, this bridge ensures even better sustain.
Black chrome hardware is used throughout the Schecter Omen Extreme-6, giving its fantastic aesthetic a further boost.
Versatile Electronics
A set of two Schecter Diamond Plus humbucking pickups provide the Schecter Omen Extreme-6 with a hugely powerful voice.
These four conductor humbuckers have overwound coils and are equipped with mermaid magnets to keep those high-powered tones coming.
Two volume knobs allowing you to get the balance right between the two pickups while a master tone control allows for easy sound-shaping.
Furthermore, the tone control has a push-pull function for splitting the coils and giving you a whole new set of sounds to play with.
Lastly, there's a three-way pickup selector switch so you can choose between using either the neck or bridge pickup individually or both at once.
