As the smaller brother to the already successful WTF Fuzz effects unit by Rockett Pedals, The Hooligan has a lot to live up to. A stripped back version of it's predecessor, this simple fuzz pedal promises a swathe of warmth and musicality... and then there's the Gunk control knob to add just as much filth as you could ever want.
Designed specifically to inspire players, this powerful little pedal blooms and feeds back to create a vast array of textures; ranging from a very smooth, Rat style overdrive to the famous Trombetta horn style voicings with the help of the virulent Gunk control.
At low gain settings (sans Gunk) you get a relatively smooth and blurry overdrive, with all of the typical clean tone "spikes" rounded off and tucked away for later. Increasing the gain serves to thicken your sound, juicing up the output levels whilst remaining pleasant to behold. And then comes the Gunk. Even when set quite low, this control can offend some of your more conservative listeners; set high it would probably get you a ban from some social media networks for indecency.
Sturdy construction, built to last!
Designed with extensive touring in mind, this lovely little pedal is housed in a tough steel enclosure and sports the new solderless "Speed Switch" system, which helps provide a smoother activation. The easy-access, top-mounted jack input sockets allow for a more compact pedal board: just imagine all of the space you could save having your pedals quite literally side by side instead of 6 inches apart to make allowances for patch cables between them.

If you and your item aren’t getting along, you have 14 days from when you receive the goods to contact our PMT experts either by phone or email to return your item.
