A 35-Year Celebration
At the Winter NAMM show in 1985, Paul Reed Smith stunned the guitar world when he introduced his Custom 24 and Custom 22 models to the public.
These incredible, versatile guitars have since been played by internationally touring artists, gigging musicians, and aspiring pro's the world over ever since.
As a celebration of this momentous event, PRS have designed an array of limited edition guitars, including this awesome 35th Anniversary SE Custom 24.
High Quality Construction
True to PRS legacy, the 35th Anniversary SE Custom 24 combines both style and functionality into the same package.
That instantly-familiar dual-cutaway design has been carved into a piece of solid Mahogany, which in turn is topped with a piece of Maple - in this case: beveled Maple, with a Figured Maple veneer.
This kind of wood combination delivers the kind of clarity and warmth that PRS are renowned for.
In addition to this, the guitar also sports a 3-piece Maple neck with a Wide Thin profile shape, that's suitable for a wide variety of playing styles, but simply perfect for playing solos and melodies.
Versatile Pickups
Initially seen on the SE Paul's Guitar, the TCI Humbuckers on this SE Custom 24 deliver a pure, vintage humbucker sound that perfectly compliments the body's tonewoods.
In addition to this, the guitar sports a pair of toggle switches that will allow you to activate each pickups Coil Tap function individually, opening up a whole world of Single Coil and Humbucker tone combinations for you.
