Classic Style Made Ultra

At first glance you'll see the instantly recognisable Stratocaster body is there.

Its double cutaway shape looking iconic while providing easy access to the upper frets.

Made from ash and featuring an aged natural finish, the natural grain of the wood shows through beautifully.

When you pick up the guitar, that's when you'll really notice the Ultra differences.

New body contouring with hand crafted shaping makes this electric guitar sleeker than ever.

Attached to the body is a maple neck with the unique Modern "D" profile and hand crafted tapered neck heel along with an Ultra Satin finish making it extremely comfortable and easy to play.

Atop the neck is a traditional rosewood fretboard with Ultra Rolled edges for the ultimate in comfort and playability.

New Ultra Noiseless Pickups

The Fender American Ultra Stratocaster is fitted with three of Fender's new Ultra Noiseless Vintage Strat pickups.

This trio of single-coil pickups feature Alnico 5 pole pieces to give you sweet, authentic, vintage Stratocaster tone but without the hum.

A pickup switching blade is on hand allowing you to choose how you'd like to use the pickups:

Excellent Electronics

In addition to the pickup switching, there are a few other sound shaping features on board the Fender American Ultra Stratocaster.

As you would expect, there are two tone controls; one for the neck and middle pickups, the other for the bridge pickup.

This is joined by a Master Volume knob for setting your overall output level.

However, this seemingly simple volume control has a few tricks hidden away.

First of all, it features a treble bleed circuit. Normally, when you turn down the volume on your electric guitar, it removes all the high end, and as a result you get muddy, unrefined tone.

With the treble bleed circuit installed, the Fender American Ultra Strat allows you to keep all that crisp, high end clarity at any volume.

Also concealed within the Master Volume is an S-1 switch. Using this, you can add the neck pickup to any pickup selection to fill out your sound and really slice through the mix.

High Quality Hardware

Fitted to the body of the Fender American Ultra Stratocaster is a 2-point deluxe synchronised tremolo bridge with pop-in arm.

This bridge provides incredible tuning stability, precise intonation and enhanced sustain. Of course, it gives you all that great whammy bar action too!

Look to the headstock and you'll find six deluxe locking tuning machines.

These short-post tuners allow for lightning fast and extremely easy re-stringing.

What's more, you can lock in your tuning with ease by turning dials on the back of the tuners. No need for wrenches.
