Rekordbox DVS-Ready, 2-Channel Mixer
Pioneer DJ have taken one of their most popular 2-channel mixers and given it a series of upgrades to create the new DJM-250MK2.
This new mixer works as an entry point to the DJM series and comes fully loaded with a host of professional features. With a built-in sound card, the DJM-250MK2 delivers high quality audio that’s ready to be connected to be set-up.
Intuitive Controls
Pioneer’s DJM-250MK2 has a nice and clear layout with the lower half giving you the ability to perform awesome and complex scratch techniques.
Inherited from the flagship DJM-900NXS2 mixer, the DJM-250MK2 features a professional-grade Magvel crossfader giving you an accurate, smooth and assured feel.
The Magvel fader is made to be extremely durable and is capable of approximately 10 million movements.
You can perform seamlessly blended mixes using the DJM-250MK2’s silky-smooth channel faders.
On the upper-half of this awesome mixer you’ll find a whole bunch of awesome features including a 3-band isolator giving precision across the highs, mids and which allows allows you to completely eliminate your chosen frequency range when you turn the knob completely to the left.
Flagship Filter with Nuanced Control
Another great feature that has been taken from the DJM-900NXS2 mixer is the Sound Color FX filter which allows you to get really creative in the mix.
Turn the knob on each channel to apply the filter and create unique textures when you twist the parameter knob, adjusting the resonance and adding tension and live-flair to your mixing performance.
Built-In Sound Card and Bundled Software
For easy recording, the DJM-250MK2 has its own built-in sound card. This allows you to connect directly to your PC or Mac using a single USB cable with the USB connection supporting both sound input and output so you can record your mixes directly onto your computer’s hard drive.
Furthermore, the DJM-250 MK2 comes with free licnce keys for Pioneer DJ’s professional DJ performance apps; rekordbox dj and rekordbox dvs. By using them together you can play tracks straight from your PC/Mac and use either multi-players or turtnables and control vinyl (controlling vinyl requires the separately available RB-VS1K Control Vinyl).
Using rekordbox you can convert vinyl records and CDs to digital files for archiving, with line and phono inputs allowing you to connect a multitude of devices.
Additional Features and High Quality Audio
With an aim to redefine the two-channel mixer, Pioneer DJ have gone all out when designing the DJM-250MK2 and incorporated a host of features.
Additional features include an XLR terminal for high-quality audio output, a signal GND terminal allowing you to easily attach and secure ground wires from analogue turntables and an independent, dedicated microphone section so you can use a microphone and the AUX input at the same time.
The high-end technology used within the Pioneer DJ DJM-250MK2 allows you to hear the true, high-quality sound of your tracks whether your source is analogue or digital.
