Super Shell Technology
While most entry-level drum sets have pretty plain shells, that's not the case with Pearl Export kits.
Pearl Export shells are made from a 6-ply blend of poplar and Asian mahogany. As a result, you get strong volume, deep resonance sustained low-end tones.
Furthermore, to build these shells, Pearl utilise their legendary SST (Super Shell Technology) construction process.
With strategically arranged plies of premium wood, the Pearl Export shells optimised frequency response from every component.
Each shell is formed using extreme heat, feature precision cut scarf joints and are put together with Pearl's proprietary Acoustiglue. Over 1000 lbs of hydraulic pressure used, Pearl create the ultimate acoustic air chamber.
As further testament to Pearl's dedication to great sound, the Pearl Export is equipped with custom designed lugs.
Boasting minimal shell interaction, their small footprint and low-mass provide maximum resonance and sustain.
Pearl Opti-Loc Mounting System
Pearl Export rack toms come equipped with the new Opti-Loc Mountain System which features triangular design and two tension rod attachment points along with another trough one of the drum's two air vents.
Rubber isolators can be found at all connection points, allowing the drums to vibrate freely.
As a result, you get maximum sustain and resonance along with fantastic, wobble-free performance.
High Quality Hardware
Included with the Pearl Export EXX drum kit is an 830 series hardware pack which features some of the best hardware available at this price.
Included in this pack are the BC-830 boom stand, C-830 cymbal stand and S-830 snare drum stand, all of which feature infinitely adjustable Uni-Lock Tilters for incredibly precise positioning.
What's more, with their 1" diameter base tubes and 7.8" diameter centre tubes and sturdy double-braced tripods, you can enjoy fantastic, stable reliability from these stands.
Also included is the H-830 hi-hat stand which features swivel legs making it easy to attach double pedals.
Last but not least is the P-930 drum pedal which gives you the style and performance of a Demon Drive pedal with Eliminator interchangeable cam technology. As a result, you get the perfect combination of power, speed and control with this kick pedal.
Cymbal Pack Included
A good set of cymbals is a must for any drummer and the Pearl Export comes with a set of Sabian SBr cymbals.
Consisting of a 14" hi-hat, 16" crash and a 20" ride cymbal, this cymbal pack gets you off to a great start.
