The Paiste 900 22” Heavy Ride Cymbal produces a brilliant, sharp, powerful tone. It has a clear pingy stick response over a warm washing decay, plus a massive bell for a cutting, articulate sound.
Brilliant, Sharp Heavy Ride
The Paiste 900 Series 22” Heavy Ride features more pronounced hammering than the standard 900 rides. Still made using both hand hammering and lathing processes, this ride has larger, more pronounced hammer marks. The result is a more powerful, sharper, brighter tone than the standard 900 rides.
The heavy weight of this 22” ride means it has a weighty feel. Ideal for a wide range of musical styles, it has a clean sound with a bright articulate pinging stick response over a controlled, warm wash.
The super large bell of the Paiste Heavy Ride means it offers a robust, chunky bell sound perfect for accents.
A great choice for louder volume playing, this Paiste 900 Ride has a powerful, cutting sound that will ensure you’re heard through the densest of musical situations.

900 Series Cymbals
The Paiste 900 Series was designed to offer advanced sound at a reasonable price. The 900 range features a sophisticated hybrid manufacturing process that is refined by Swiss Craftsmen who utilise a mixture of hand hammering and lathing.
The cymbals are applied with a special finish to create a darkened appearance that amplifies the lathed grooves and hammer marks for an aesthetic that blends together roughness and elegance.
Utilising the same base bronze as the legendary 2002 series, these cymbals have a greater flexibility that results in a giving feel and outstanding playability. The range offers an overall warm, full sound with subdued, discreet brightness. The larger and heavier models of the series provide great brilliance, cut and projection.
Consisting of a range that focuses on crashes and rides of medium and heavy medium weight, the full series is completed with a variety of hi-hats, splashes and chinas for a well rounded set ideal for a vast array of stylistic needs.

If you and your item aren’t getting along, you have 14 days from when you receive the goods to contact our PMT experts either by phone or email to return your item.
