Oil-Can Liquid Sonics - Expanded
This excellent pedal represents OBNE's latest take on their iconic oil-can delay emulation, which has been expanded and fine-tuned to meet the needs of the modern player.
Modern Improvements
Amongst the expanded features on hthis pedal you will find:
- Heavily increased delay time - up to 1 whole second!
- Tap Tempo
- Subdivisions
- Programmable expression control
- Momentary infinite feedback
Each of these new features allow you to take those classicly warm and drippy tones, and make them perfectly echo the wants and needs of a modern composition.
Not only that, but the settings on this pedal will even let you conjure up some gritty lo-fi tape modulation and saturation, for a dirtier, grainy sound.
Precision Timing
Thanks to the inclusion of both Tap Tempo and three different subdivision modes, you can keep both the Modern and Vintage echoes rolling tightly in time with the music.
In addition to this, whilst the pedal is in Organ mode the Tap Tempo function will allow you to instantly set the speed of the modulation on the fly, and if you press and hold the Tap Tempo switch your echoes will stretch out for as long as you want them to.
Expression Input
As a final option for parameter control, the pedal has also been equipped with an improved expression input, which will allow you to program both the heel and toe positions of your sweep.
In other words, with the aid of an expression pedal, you can minutely change the position of either the Time, Feedback, or both at the same time, just by rocking your foot!
