The MXR / Custom Audio Electronics series of signal pedals offers guitarists affordable everyday solutions to solve some of the common problems associated with complex effects and pedal setups. The MC402 combines a straightforward overdrive guitar effect with an independent clean boost circuit into a simple, compact pedal with a robust metal housing. This pedal is great for adding a natural blues warmth to your tone, with the option of adding some grit and crunch with the twist of the gain knob. The components and build specification of the MC402 is very similar to the rest of the CAE product series, so reliability and signal integrity are guaranteed.
