The Meinl Byzance Traditional 19" Polyphonic Crash Cymbal is a new cymbal in the 2022 Meinl lineup, offering an explosive roar with short sustain and quick decay. Thinly lathed edges make the B20 bronze roar with power. The raw, unlathed bell brings it back under control and lets the undertones subtly take over. The bell is a sonic powerhouse in its own right too, providing a loud and piercing tone that cuts above both the kit and mix. Available in three sizes, this crash offers a new sonic nuance to any setup.
