The 14" x 8" Ludwig Supralite Snare drum is a an affordable deep panned steel shell snare from the USA drum manufacture. The striking chrome finish will look fantastic on any colour kit, and won't look out of place if you're retro styled or more modernaly influenced.
Solid Engineering
Solid in construction and engineered with 1.5mm steel, featuring stout chrome-over-brass lugs, 2.3mm triple-flanged hoops and brass snare wires, this steel snare is designed to be durable and long-lasting, perfect for the professional drummer.
Sonic Attack with a Deeper Pan
This Ludwig snare delivers a bright sonic attack with mid-range over tones. Having a 8" deeper pan, this snare resonates a slightly lower-punch sustain and will add versatility to your overall kit sound. Firm and stable, this snare will be a workhorse in your arsenal and developing drum voice.
