The Ibanez AC340 acoustic guitar is a great Grand Concert body guitar from the Ibanez Artwood range and is seen here in an open pore natural finish.

Giving the AC340 an incredible, vintage sound is Ibanez’s unique Thermo Aged wood process.
Choice selected and seasoned tone wood is heated in a vacuum with a treatment specific to the wood type in order to release water and decompose any resin present within the wood.
The end result is Ibanez Thermo Aged wood which is light, hard and stable and gives you the kind of tone you would expect from wood that has been dried for decades, providing incredible response and great volume.
Combined with the Solid Mahogany top and other great features, the Ibanez Artwood AC340 is a fantastic acoustic guitar.

Constructing the Artwood AC340
The Ibanez AC340 has a Grand Concert body – extremely comfortable to play due to its smaller size body compared to guitar styles such as the dreadnought, this model also produces a focused, articulate sound.
Solid Mahogany has been used for the AC340’s top which gives you rich tonal characteristics with a bright and powerful sound while looking great too! A Mahogany neck is attached and features an Ovangkol fretboard.
High Quality Hardware
Up on the headstock of the AC340, you’ll find chrome die-cast tuners providing easy tuning of your strings.
Down on the body, you’ll find a Thermo Aged Ovangkol bridge with a Thermo Aged Maple bridge plate working together to provide excellent transfer of vibration from the strings into the solid Mahogany top.
A bone nut and matching saddle are also on board, keeping your strings perfectly aligned while enhancing tone and sustain.
