For the G&L Tribute S-500, for example, we have a truly versatile guitar with modern-voiced MFD pickups, and plenty of vintage Strat-like sensibility.
Featuring a solid Mahogany body with a Sonic Blue finish, a Hard Rock Maple neck and Brazilian Cherry Fingerboard, and even a fantastic G&L Dual-Fulcrum Vibrato bridge, the G&L Tribute S-500 is an absolute dream to play.
Magnetic Field Design Pickups
Specially designed by Leo Fender, the MFD single coil pickup trio on the G&L Tribute S-500 offer you vintage array of single-coil tones, with plenty of ourput, and zero hum, making the guitar perfect for recording sessions as well as live performances. Thanks to the latter part of the Tribute S-500's PTB (Passive Treble and Bass) system you can roll back on the Volume and Bass controls without losing any of that familiar Single Coil sparkle.
In addition to that, the S-500 also includes a mini-toggle switch that allows you to select all three pickups together, or even just the neck and bridge.
Dual-Fulcrum Vibrato
A sublime addition to the G&L Tribute S-500 is, without a doubt, the Leo Fender designed Dual-Fulcrum vibrato bridge. This superb example of engineering know-how allows you to bend your notes up or down, whilst at the same time offering unbeatable tuning stability, and manages to never feel clunky or uncomfortable when used.
