Classic Fender Strat Style
Traditional Alder has been used for the Fender Player Stratocaster's body because of its balanced, resonant tone and great upper midrange, sustain and sharp attack.
The double cutaway shape of the Stratocaster not only looks good but it enhances playability too. Thanks to this shape, you'll easily be able to reach the high notes of any guitar solo.
Comfortable, Fast Playing Neck
Attached to the body with an "F" stamped 4-bolt neck plate is a 25.5" scale length maple neck.
The satin finish and modern "C" profile of this Fender Player Strat's neck make it smooth, fast and comfortable to play.
Atop the neck is a maple fretboard with a modern 9.5" radius and 22 medium jumbo frets giving you fast, all-around great playability.
High Quality Hardware
Fitted to the body of the Fender Player Stratocaster is a 2-point synchronised tremolo bridge giving you that classic vibrato action.
Six bent steel saddles are in place, ensuring perfect intonation across the board.
Up on the headstock there are six standard cast sealed tuning machines providing speedy, secure and precise tuning.
You'll also appreciate the synthetic bone nut which gives great sustain and bright tone while preventing string binding.
New Player Series Pickups
Improving the sound of the Stratocaster is a set of three New Player Series Single-Coil pickups.
