The specially-engineered, crystal-clear sounding Wolfgang Humbuckers are direct mounted, providing you with plenty of width and clarity, whilst offering near endless sustain to power chords and melodies alike. Each pickup has been specially positioned to offer to perfect array of sounds for even the fasting of playing styles.

Other Premium Features

EVH Wolfgang Special guitars feature an array of other premium appointments, including: low-friction volume control pot (for super-fast shifts in volume, leading to violin-like volume swells); high-friction tone control pot (which prevents accidental tonal shifts once you've reached that sweet spot); and a rock-solid EVH-branded Floyd Rose locking trem (with D-Tuna) and locking nut, allowing you to divebomb to your heart's content and even switch to drop-D tuning without affecting the tuning stability or intonation of the guitar, and back again at the flick of a switch.
