- Innovative Hybrid Design: The EVH SA-126 Special combines the best of both semi-hollow and solid body guitars. It features a chambered mahogany body with a basswood center block, offering a unique blend of resonance and stability for versatile tonal characteristics.
- High-Performance Playability: This guitar is equipped with a slim, graphite-reinforced mahogany neck and a 12”-16” compound ebony fingerboard with 22 jumbo frets. The spoke wheel truss rod adjustment at the neck’s butt end allows for quick and easy adjustments, ensuring optimal playability.
- Powerful and Versatile Pickups: The EVH SA-126 Special is fitted with custom-designed humbucking pickups by Tim Shaw and the EVH team. These pickups handle everything from clean tones to heavy overdrive, controlled via a three-way toggle switch and individual volume and tone knobs for each pickup.
- Premium Hardware: Features include a Harmonica bridge and stop bar tailpiece for excellent tuning stability, oversized strap buttons, and EVH Keystone tuners. The robust hardware ensures reliable performance and ease of maintenance.
- Distinctive Aesthetics and Accessories: The guitar boasts a Matte Army Drab finish with black hardware, and five-ply body binding, giving it a modern yet classic look.
