Seymour Duncan Pegasus and Sentient Humbuckers
Installed in this ESP are two versatile Seymour Duncan Humbucker Pickups. Introducing the Seymour Duncan Pegasus and the Seymour Duncan Sentient Humbuckers. The Pegasus is situated in the bridge and offers an evened warmth with superb kickback ideal for single note picking and accurate chord chopping.
The mids are dominant and with a tight low end, and the alnico V magnets offer a rich harmonic resonance perfect for your performance. The Sentient fixed into the neck position emanates crystal cleans and diverse lead tones delivering a warm vintage output that would compliment a wide range of playing styles.
With a Push/Pull switch, which switches the humbuckers to single coils, opens up more tonal possibilities. These two pickups working together will give you a warehouse of sounds and tone variations making this a real players instrument.
Mahogany Body, Maple Neck
With a solid mahogany body and a maple through-body neck this guitar resonates like a dream. Mahogany tonewood resonates a warm depth that is well-balanced and offers great sustain, making this body/neck combo perfect for long lasting notes.
The body features a beautiful quilted maple top finished in see thru black cherry which stands out on stage enhancing the aesthetics of this bold instrument. The three-piece maple neck is fitted with a macassar ebony fingerboard with 24 extra jumbo frets making this neck super comfortable with easier fast fretting.
The combination of mahogany and maple give a warm growling bass, breaking midrange and sizzling highs.
Hipshot Bridge and Locking Tuners
The Hipshot bridge delivers the player with near-perfect intonation, allowing each individual string to resonate while keeping them stable, offering ultimate confidence on stage when performing. The string-through-body design provides excellent export of vibrations through to the mahogany body, adding to the ESP's overall sustain. The LTD designed Locking Tuners improve tuning stability, reducing string slippage and make a restring easier.
