Eye-Catching Finish
The eye-catching Flamed Maple See Thru Finish makes this guitar express style and class, with deep rock roots. Placed on top of a solid mahogany body which resonates a warmth depth, this ESP will emanate a firm rock sound. The combination of the three-piece mahogany neck, with Thin-U profile and pau ferro fingerboard makes fretting this instrument comfortable, easy and fast. A well-balanced instrument that is perfect for the modern player.
Floyd Rose 1000SE Trem System
The addition of the Floyd Rose Locking Trem gives you a real advantage if you want the style of a single cut guitar with the stability of a more modern-shaped instrument. Allowing the "dive-bomb" control that Floyd Rose's offer, without the worry of tuning issues, this guitar instills confidence in the player that knows no matter how much trem manipulation they create in their performance, the ESP Ltd-1001FR won't let them down.
EMG Power, EMG Tone
Fitted with a pair of well-matched EMG pickups, this guitar will release a whole plethora of controlled sonic anguish when played, releasing tight chordy stabs and cutting single singing notes. The high-output EMG 60, installed in the neck, produces massive lows, prominent mids and fat highs. With close-aperture coils surrounding ceramic magnets, this particular humbucker gives the player all-encompassing distinctive treble sound. Traditionally used as a rhythm pickup, this humbucker will deliver anything from warm blues to fat metal.
Paired up with the EMG 60 is the EMG 81 fitted in the bridge. The 81, being one of EMG's popular pickups, utilises powerful ceramic magnets with close aperture coils. This produces an amazing fluid tone that features an incredible amount of sustain and high end cut that will slice through even the loudest of mixes, like a knife through hot butter. When both pickups are selected the output is nuclear.
