As a Dreadnought guitar, the Cole Clark Fat Lady 2 boasts a powerful performance with a broad range of tones and is great for for solo acts or as part of a band.
The Cole Clark Fat Lady 2 also features a beautifully curved cutaway to the body, providing easy access to the upper frets which is great for solos.
The top of this Fat Lady 2 is made from Australian-grown American Redwood which gives you rich and powerful tone.
Being a solid top, it not only sounds great on day one but it will sound better with time as it becomes more resonant with age.
Australian Blackwood is used for the back and sides and similar tonal traits to Koa, providing a clear, balanced tone.
Attached to the body is a Queensland Maple neck that is topped with a She Oak fretboard providing tonal traits that place it somewhere between Rosewood and Ebony.
Allowing you to plug-in, play live and sound great, the Cole Clark Fat Lady 2 features the innovative Cole Clark 3-way pickup system.
Excellent Electronics
Individually placed pieo elements under the saddle along with a sensor that tracks the movement of the top combine with a built-in condenser microphone in order to separately capture the low-end, mid range and higher frequency tones the Fat Lady 2 produces.
The preamp also gives you a range of controls to adjust your sound to perfection.
You can individually adjust the treble, mid and bass in your tone and set the balance between the piezo and "face" sensor.
There's also a separate knob for adjusting the condenser microphone level so you can really customise your output.
Lastly, a simple volume control allows you to adjust the overall output level.

GraphTech TUSQ is used for the nut and saddle on the Cole Clark Fat Lady 2, with this modern material being made under high pressure and temperature giving you fantastic consistency and improved sustain.
