Introduced in 1989, the Ibanez RG570 is an RG series solid body electric guitar model that was originally part of the Roadstar II series and evolved into the RG series.
The RG570 features a basswood body with a one-piece maple neck attached with a tilt joint with a metal plate. The Wizard neck has a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot position markers. The RG570 has Ibanez V1 and V2 humbucking pickups flanking an Ibanez S1 single-coil which are mounted to the body with pickup rings.
