Gibson J-45 Acoustics

Gibson's famous J-45 Acoustic Guitar was first introduced in 1942, as a replacement for the affordable Great Depression-era flattop J-35, and helped to standardise their approach to Dreadnought-style guitar design.

By 1968 the J-45 had become the square-shouldered, longer-scale Dreadnought that we all know and love today, with the model continuing to be a favourite with acoustic guitar players from all walks of life.
