--------------------

A new and improved take on his acclaimed Prophet '08 poly synth, Dave Smith has delivered a modern classic that attempts to improve upon every possible aspect of the original, while maintaining all of the analog charm and vintage character.

Retaining all of the original features, the Rev2 expands upon the foundations of greatness by doubling the polyphony, doubling the mod matrix and delivering waveshape modulation on all waveforms. Alongside this you've got
digital effects per layer in stacked or split voice mode, a polyphonic step sequencer per layer and much, much more!

Weighing in as a true modern analog powerhouse, with 16 voices to play with and near endless tone-shaping possibilities, the Rev2 will make a fine addition to your collection, whether you're a studio dweller or a stage performer!

Sequential Prophet Rev2 16-Voice Analog Synth Keyboard Key Features:

  • Reimagined Classic - Building upon the Prophet ’08 poly synth, Dave Smith has redesigned this analog classic for the modern audience, making sure to improve and upgrade at every available opportunity.
  • 16-Voice Polyphony - With twice the polyphony of the original, you'd got the freedom to explore your creativity like never before.
  • Punchy Vintage Sound - With a 2/4 pole, low-pass, resonant Curtis filters on each voice, these bold and vibrant filters have stood the test of time, featuring on several 70's and 80's models.
  • Powerful Waveshape Modulation - Completely new for the Prophet Rev2, you can now vary the 'pulse width' of any of the four waveforms to continuously shift the timbre to create unique and exciting new sounds.
  • FX Per Layer - Boasting reverb, delays, chorus, phase shifter, ring modulation, and distortion, you've got a vast range of effects to play with.
  • Extended Mod Matrix - Twice as big as it's predecessor, easily assign to any of the 9 individual slots.
  • Poly Step Sequencing - Allowing for up to 64 steps and up to 6 notes per step, you've got a powerful tool for both composition and performance.
