Premium Wood, Excellent Crafting
Solid Black Walnut has been used for the top, back and sides, giving you incredibly balanced tone with rich, bright character.
As solid wood, it sounds fantastic from day one but as the wood ages it will become more resonant and boast increased sustain. As a Masterworks Elite guitar, Alvarez have taken care to ensure the wood cut thinner to highten its resonant strength while the top and back radii have been refined to increase volume.
The x-style MTS1 bracing system used within the Alvarez MDA77CEARSHB has a tapered scalloping to the X along with asymmetric scalloped tone bars. This bracing ensures solid construction whilst allowing the Alvarez MDA77CEARSHB to produce even more bass and volume.

Allowing you to play live and loud, the Alvarez MDA77CEARSHB Electro-Acoustic Guitar features LR Baggs VTC electronics so you get excellent sound when amplified.
