A firm favourite with Zildjian, former The Mars Volta drummer Thomas Pridgen has been endorsed by the cymbal company since he was just 10 years old! The latest endorsement comes in the form of these brand new Zildjian ASTP Artist Series Sticks.
Bold and aggressive by design
The extra length in the Zildjian ASTP Artist Series Sticks, combined with a relatively short taper, ensures that more weight is pushed toward the front of the stick; this allows the diameter to stay in the sweet spot between 5A and 5B. The combination of this carefully crafted shape and the large oval tip provides a powerful stick capable of producing a nice fat sound on the drums and bags of volume from the cymbals.
The Zildjian ASTP Artist Series Sticks come in a natural finish and to cap it all off feature Thomas's signature cartoon character logo.
