The Limited Edition Yamaha Pacifica 611VFMX in Translucent Blue Satin finish is a high-spec affordable instrument, with the pro gigging player in mind. Pro-Quality Build
Constructed out of alder, the body of the Yamaha Pacifica 611VFMX produces a balanced resonant tone with the upper mids generating fiery sustain and prominent attack. The translucent blue satin finish and the flamed maple top, radiates a beautiful finish that will look while performing on stage. A easy fretting maple neck and rosewood fingerboard with 22 medium frets makes pulling chords, and fretboard work this instrument comfortable and fast.
Seymour Duncan Pickups
The guitar comes with a P-90 Seymour Duncan SP90-1N Neck Pickup and a Seymour Duncan TB-14 Humbucker in the bridge. The Seymour Duncan P-90 neck pickup gives that vintage pinch and bite that you would expect from a P-90. The dual alnico 5 magnets delivers prominent mids and high output than most types of single coils, clear and warm, with fat chording. The Seymour Duncan TB-14 in the Bridge is Custom 5 Trembucker with a higher output, scooped mids, balanced bass and treble. The combination of these two pickups and the push-pull coil split gives this guitar a massive tonal range.
Wilkinson VS-50 Trem
This Yamaha guitar also has a the Wilkinson VS-50 Vibrato installed, which allows gentle shimmers over chords and single notes while the Grover Locking Rotomatic tuners on the headstock installs stable tuning.
