Working closely with legendary blues player, Joe Bonamassa, Way Huge has developed a unique overdrive pedal that produces a wide range of punchy, gritty and bold tones.
To create the Overrated Special overdrive pedal, pedal prodigy Jeorge Tripps took a vintage Green Rhino OD and hotrodded it to produce more pronounced midrange.
He then added a frequency control so you can drive those low mids up so you can add more growl to your output.
You also have straight forward Volume, Tone and Drive controls for simple yet incredibly effective tone shaping.

This pedal was originally designed for Joe Bonamassa and with his input leading to this pedal being able to create some awesome overdrive and sustain that are perfect for his distinctive lead guitar style.
