The Tama Sizzle Touch Drop Clutch is designed for drummers that use a double bass drum set up with their kit.
Drop Clutch Purpose
The need to play closed hi-hats when operating a double bass drum pedal has always been an issue for the double bass drum player.
The Tama Sizzle Drop Clutch solves this issue, by hitting the lever mid-play, the hi-hats will close, allowing the player to operate a double bass drum pedal with closed hi-hats.
As soon as the hi-hat pedal is pressed the hi-hats are brought back into play.
Hi-Hat Sound Adjustment
The Tama Sizzle Touch Drop Clutch features an adjustment bolt, which can be turned, increasing the gap between the bottom and the top cymbals.
This delivers precise adjustments in the distance between top and bottom hi-hat cymbals, allowing the drummer to reach their custom hi-hat set up.
Quick-Set Hi-Hat Clutch
The Tama Quick-Set clutch is easily installed or detached with a single push of a button.
The button on the side of this drop clutch makes attaching and removing the hardware simple and effortless.
The Tama Drop Clutch also lets the top hi-hit cymbal to float more freely. This delivers a hi-hat cymbal set with a greater more natural resonance.
