A Classic Guitar Re-Imagined
Initially released in 1976, the Fender Starcaster's unusual design led to the guitar becoming a favourite of many players the world over for year to come. That classic design has now been re-imagined as part of the Squier Contemporary series.
Amongst the modern upgrades on this Contemporary Active Starcaster you'll find a sealed semi-hollow, off-set body. This results in the guitar being both resonant and resistant to unwanted feedback.
In addition to this, the guitar has been given a stunning Ice Blue Metallic finish, perfectly complimented by black binding to the top and back.
High Performance
For a more modern playing experience, the guitar comes with a slim Maple neck, with a sleek "C"-shaped profile, capped with a fast-playing 12" Maple fingerboard.
When you take all of that, and factor in the adjustable bridge and stop tailpiece, you have a guitar that's ideally built for playing dynamic rock and metal riffs, as well as rock solid lead lines.
Powerfully-Voiced
Thanks to the inclusion of an SQR Ceramic Humbucker set, the tones that resonate from this guitar are something else.
