Whilst it was initially unleashed upon the world during the 1950s, by the 60s the Strat had evolved into the powerhouse that defined the sound of the decade.
The Squier Classic Vibe 60s Stratocaster is a welcome throwback to those incredible guitars.
When Vintage Meets Modern
With its familiar dual cutaway design, classic 3-Tone Sunburst finish, vintage-style tremolo, and even 60's-era inspired headstock markings, this guitar looks every bit like its vintage namesakes.
However, despite the vintage aesthetics, the Classic Vibe 60s Stratocaster comes equipped with a host of modern, easy-playing features.
Amongst these features you'll find a slim, "C"-shaped neck, capped with a modern 9.5" radius fingerboard, and even a trio of newly-designed Alnico pickups.
Classic Strat Tone
As with every other component on this guitar, the three Single Coil pickups have been 100% designed by Fender, especially for the Classic Vibe lineup.
These pickups, their control knobs, and the 5-way selector switch, come together to deliver a huge array of pristine guitar tones. With sounds ranging from mellow to biting and everything in between, this guitar pays homage to the legendary Stratocaster in style.
