With it's lightweight and resonant Swamp Ash body, capped with a piece of gorgoeous Poplar Burl, this stunning bass guitar not only looks amazing, but also plays like a dream.
These naturally resonant tonewoods are perfectly complimented by a set of EMG single-coil/soapbar style pickups.
Top Notch Electronics
With the EMG 35JX-CS and 35PX-CS pickup pairing you get a sound similar to what you'd get with a standard J-bass single coil setup, only a little different.
Featuring a voice that's warmer than expected, with a smooth attack, and less high presence than a standard Single Coil, these Ceramic-based pickups work perfectly with the Riot-4's naturally resonant tonewoods.
The addition of an active, 3-band EQ adds plenty of extra versatility to these pickups, and allows you to dial in an array of tones, making them perfect for any musical situation.
