With a body made from swamp ash, the Schecter Banshee Mach-7 FR S is naturally light in weight and easy to swing around.
Adding to the awesome looks of this guitar, it features a flamed maple top beneath a moody Fallout Burst finish.
The Ultra Access neck heel and deep horned body shape provides easy access to the upper frets for unobstructed shredding.
Neck-through construction along with carbon fibre reinforcement rods ensures the roasted maple and purpleheart multi-ply neck is incredibly stable.
Furthermore, with its Ultra Thin "U" shape, the neck precision designed for lightning fast shredding.
Making sure you have the optimum playing surface wherever your fretting hand goes, the ebony fretboard features a 12" - 16" compound radius.
24 X-Jumbo frets are found on the fretboard; the perfect size frets for the heavier gauge strings needed for drop tunings and heavy music.
Furthermore, these frets are made from stainless steel so they will give you years and years of fantastic performance.
Luminlay glow-in-the-dark side dots along with Roman numeral fret inlays guide the way with awesome style.
Powerful Electronics
The bridge pickup on the Schecter Banshee Mach-7 FR S is a Lundgren M7 humbucker. Boasting great power and clarity, this humbucking pickup is perfect for lower tunings but works great in standard tunings too.
Acting as the neck pickup is a Sustainiac. Switched off, the Sustainiac is a great sounding active pickup. Switched on, the Sustainiac gives you endless sustain through controlled feedback.
A set of simple controls allow you to get the most of your Schecter Banshee Mach-7 FR S electronics.
With the traditional volume and tone controls you can get quick sound shaping.
Using the 3-way pickup switch, you can choose between activating the Lundgren M7 bridge pickup and Sustainiac individually or both together at once.
There are also dedicated controls for the Sustainiac with an on-off switch (for activating the controlled feedback) and a 3-way control to select between different Sustainiac modes.
High Quality Hardware
A set of Grover Rotomatic tuners can be found on the headstock of the Schecter Banshee Mach-7 FR S.
Their 18:1 turning ratio ensures great tuning precision while they also boast fantastically secure tuning.
Further improving on that tuning stability are a Floyd Rose 1500 series nut and bridge.
Of course, the Floyd Rose bridge also provides deep and dynamic tremolo action with enhanced sustain and precise intonation.
