Intuitive Control Layout
In addition to the standard Volume and Gain controls normally seen on a distortion pedal, the Revv G4 comes equipped with a 3-band EQ and an Agression switch.
With the EQ you can cut/boost the Bass, Middle, and Treble frequency ranges. However, the Aggression switch is where the magic really happens.
Three Aggression Voices
This switch gives you the option of choosing between Red, Blue, and Off, allowing you to shape your tone even further.
Red is for all-out distortion, with a swathe of thick sounds that are great for fat leads and chunky rhythms. Blue, however, reigns in those extra frequencies a little, and allows you to really tighten up your sound. And finally, Off simply gives you a range of great classic tones, with that vintage bluesy breakup sound.
