The Blackstar Unity Bass 250-Watt Bass Combo has been designed by the engineers at Blackstar Amplification to provide a fuss free, tonally versatile amplifier capable of delivering world class tones. Utilising Blackstar's unique Response control, the Blackstar Unity Bass 250 Watt Bass Combo allows you to choose between three classic power amp stages, shaping the compression, natural drive and dynamics of the amp. In addition, you have three unique and very distinct preamp voicings as well as a 4-band semi-parametric EQ to sculpt your ideal tone.

3 Different Overdrives For Tonal Flexibility, On Board Effects

The Blackstar Unity Bass 250 Watt Bass Combo provides players with the ultimate tonal flexibility and thanks to the Drive section with 3 different overdrives (Overdrive / Distortion / Fuzz) with user-controllable blend, you can go from all out doom laden fuzz, to smooth creamy distortion to high-headroom crystal clear clean tones as and when you wish. In addition, you can select the overdrive via an optional footswitch.

For those who want to add an entirely new dimension to their sound, you'll love the fact that the Blackstar Unity Bass 250 Watt Bass Combo features a Compressor and on board effects such as Chorus and sub-Octave. The Chorus can also be activated via footswitch, allowing yo0u to utilise the lush effect within the amp instead of an extra pedal.

If the 250 watts and custom designed Eminence 15" Opus Speaker within the Blackstar Unity Bass 250 Watt Bass Combo aren't enough for you, fear not as you can go directly to stadium friendly volumes with the addition of the optional Unity 250ACT powered cabinet. This cabinet can be linked to any model in the line to add 250W or more of active power to your rig.
