The Mars Series “Fusion” Shell Pack includes smaller sizes that are equally suited for the rock drummer needing a highly portable, great-sounding kit, or the jazz drummer needing versatility.
The 100% European Maple emits buttery, classic, and warm maple tone transmitted through beautifully lacquered 7-ply, 7.2mm shells for a sound that will launch your drumming to the next level and will command the attention of your bandmates as they get into your groove.
SONIClear Bearing Edge allows the drumhead to sit flatter and make better contact with the shell. The result is a stronger and deeper fundamental pitch, effortless and consistent tuning, and a significantly expanded tuning range.
The SONIClear tom suspension increases overall resonance by preserving vibration in the shell and keeping stress away from the tension rods, helping the heads stay in tune.

As well as great tone the shells have a lot of attack as you would expect from the slightly shallower depth of the racks and floor tom.
the splendid 14" x 12" Floor Tom is really powerful and boasts sub-like low tones with lots of control. As with the 20" Kick Drum, there are tones of power as well as sweet dynamics and a size that is very portable and versatile.
Snares Up
A snappy crack of a 14" x 5.5" snare drum comes with the kit, a classic/standard sizing but is very versatile, with smooth ghost notes and ear-crunching rimshots.
The rounded Baring edge makes tuning easy and a lot more stable than a sharper baring and because of the skin being in close contact with the shell, the tones are a lot rounder and more powerful than most kits at this price range.
