Amongst these tools you'll find 128 presets - with another 128 available via the Spider V Remote App - that make use of 200 amp, cab, and effects models to great effect.
Whether you want to use a traditional amplifier sound, throw in a couple of light effects, or produce a massive ambient soundscape, the modeling capabilities of this amp allow you to fine tune your sound to perfection.
In addition to this, you can access and upload countless user presets on the fantastic online Line 6 CustomTone Community!
Two Distinct Speaker Modes
A new feature for the Spider MKII is the awesome Classic Speaker Mode. This mode allows you to use more organic and authentic amp-to-speaker sounds.
Don't worry if that's not your thing though: you can also switch to Full-Range Speaker mode, which is perfect for acoustic guitars and jam track playback.
Use Your Feet
Access your presets on the fly with the addition of a Line 6 FBV 3 Advanced Foot Controller, making the amp perfect for live performances.
This footswitch (purchased separately) makes home jamming, home recording, and even live shows easier than ever, ensuring you perform like a pro every time.
On-Board Looper
Many of today's modern performers incorporate looping into their playing to some extent. This on-board function of the Spider V240HC MKII allows you to layer textures to your heart's content and express your creativity to its fullest, whether live or in the studio.
Wireless Compatible
Thanks to the onboard wireless receiver in this amp, all you need do is use an optional Line 6 Relay transmitter, and you can go wireless with ease.
