Keeley Red Dirt Overdrive Mini Pedal

Robert Keeley began making his (now) legendary Tube Screamer mods back in 2001, and helped set a new standard for a complete set of changes, taking the pedals to the next level. These mod circuits featured an improved bass response, fine-tuned tone, and pristine cleans when turned down, with even more gain on tap if needed, and was eventually named the Keeley Mod Plus.

The Pinnacle of Pedal-Mod Evolution

The subsequent 14 years saw these mods used on some of the world's biggest stages, in the hands of guitar legends such as Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Brad Paisley, John Petrucci and many many more besides. Eventually the Mod Plus evolved into the more familiar Red Dirt, which features the addition of a JFET input buffer, making it much more open and dynamic.

Now In a Mini Format

Featuring the very same circuitry as it's bigger brother, but with the inclusion of DIP switches under the backplate to give you access to 4 different overdrive sounds, the Keeley Red Dirt Overdrive Mini gives you huge amounts of tone and flexibility, but in a compact size.

DIP Switches

These switches allow you to change the clipping diodes to alter your overall sound, with a choice between Distortion, Overdrive, Crunch, and Amp voicings. Whether you want to choose anything from a more compressed sound, to an open-tube amp sound, and even a high-gain distortion, the Keeley Red Dirt Overdrive Mini has you covered!
