Budget-Friendly Bass That's Ready To Rock!
Ibanez Talman guitars were first released in 1994, and despite the lineup being discontinued in 1998 they retained their popularity until many years later.
Now the Talman is back, and the lineup has expanded to include Basses for the first time - such as the TMB100K.
Top Notch Construction
Despite the great asking price, the Ibanez Talman TMB100K is ready to rock right out of the box. Its lightweight Poplar body is comfortably shaped and relatively easy to play on.
In addition to this you get a bolt-on Maple neck and Jatoba fingerboard, which adds plenty of snap to the Poplar's naturally warm tone.
Varm, Vintage Tones
Thanks to the Dynamix pickups on this bass in a P/J configuration, the Talman TMB100K can produce an incredible array of tones.
The "P"-style split coil delivers that famously thunderous Split Coil tone. Add to this the "J"-style single coil bridge pickup, with it's bright and artiulate sound, and you'll see this bass can take you from warm and vintage, to all-out aggression no time.
In addition to this there's a 2-band Custom Electronics EQ, which allows you to fine-tune your sound to your liking.
