Constructed with Ibanez SR Style
Shaped and contoured for enhanced comfort, the SR300E features a Mahogany body.
Bolt-on construction for extra punch sees the body connect to a 5-piece Maple and Rosewood neck.
The SR neck is renowned for its highly playable, slim profile while its 5-piece Maple and Rosewood construction enhances sustain while delivering incredible strength and stability.
Evolved Electronics
Powering the sound of the SR300E is a pair of PowerSpan Dual Coil pickups; designed by Ibanez themselves.
PowerSpan Dual Coil pickups feature exposed pole pieces which produce a stronger signal and increased high frequency response without sacrificing the low end, resulting in a tone that is rich, full and bursting with life.
A new Ibanez Custom Electronics 3-band EQ system with three-way Power Tap switch gives you full control over your tone.
Tap Mode (single coil) gives you a punch, dynamic sound with incredible articulation, Series Mode (humbucking) creates a full-bodied, warm tone while Power Tap Modes gives you a great combination of the two; providing the clarity of the single coil with the fat bottom end of the humbucker.
High Quality Hardware
An Accu-Cast B120 Bridge has extra-wide string slots so it’s ready to accommodate even the heaviest of string gauges while walls and channels on the new bridge plate work to "trap" the saddles so you get perfect directional uniformity across the strings.
With the hardware coloured "Cosmo Black" it looks great against the Golden Veil Matte finish of the SR300E.
