With the RGRT621DPB-BLF, Ibanez are offering you an RG Style "Superstrat" guitar that features a sleek and fast Wizard III neck, full neck-thru construction, Mahogany "wings", a pair of DiMarzio humbuckers, and a stunning Blue Lagoon Burst Flat finish over a Poplar Burl top.
Neck Thru Construction
Usually only seen on high-end boutique guitars, this particular construction method is something Ibanez are more than familiar with. Renowned for offering superior levels of sustain, neck-thru guitar builds are favoured by lead players who use legato techniques as part of their arsenal.
In this case the Maple/Walnut neck is offset by a pair of solid mahogany "wings" to complete the look.
DiMarzio Pickups
With the DiMarzio Air Norton and Tone Zone humbuckers you have a pair of high-output pickups that are perfect for rock and metal. These pickups are perfectly voiced for their respective positions, and offer a huge sound with a broad dynamic range.
Complimenting these pickups is a 5-way selector switch, allowing you to choose between different pickup modes. Whether you want just the neck pickup or bridge pickup, both together, both as single coils, or even the neck in parallel, the choice is yours!

Poplar Burl Top
